What to include
You don't need to follow a script, but the fastest replies tend to include:
- The site you're asking about (URL is fine).
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead — a screenshot beats a paragraph.
- For privacy or data requests, the email address tied to your account.
Who you're writing to
leanseo.app is operated by Blue Networks OÜ — an Estonian company, two people, currently based between Lisbon and Paris. The legal identity, registry codes, and supervisory authorities are on the imprint page.
Not the right place to write
- Cold sales pitches— please don't. We don't buy lead lists and we don't outsource development. Cold pitches go straight to spam after one read.
- SEO link-trading and guest-post offers— we're in the business of telling small site owners that link-trading isn't the move. We won't respond.
- Press / podcast / conference— these are welcome. Same inbox, please put “press” in the subject line.
Status and outages
A live status page lives at status.leanseo.app (coming online during our v0.1 launch). If the app is down and the status page hasn't caught up, email us — we'd rather hear twice than not at all.
